Oklahoma Appraisal Management (OAM) provides appraisal services to the Oklahoma market.  We currently provide Direct Appraisal Service in the central, South central and Western districts of Oklahoma. Our staff appraisers provide quality appraisal reports with an emphasis on customer service.

Apart from our direct service, we can offer Appraisal Management services that allows the lender or client to separate their loan production from the appraisal process.  Whether we incorporate an existing roster or help to develop a new roster, the advantages include increased efficiency, lower risks, and compliance with industry standards.

As an appraisal management company (AMC) we oversee a roster of certified and licensed appraisers on behalf of the client. We can provide administrative duties that include ordering, assignment tracking, status updates, quality control, accounts payable, and complete vendor management. We provide annual appraisal engagements, 1099's, and a constant monitoring of the roster/panel. 

While many out-of-state companies offer similar services on a nationwide basis, our focus is strictly Oklahoma.  OAM is staffed by Oklahoma licensed and certified appraisers that have years of appraisal experience in the Oklahoma market.
